Rhiannon Coyne
HR Consultant
Rhiannon Coyne joined Graphite HRM in January 2020 as a HR Consultant. Rhiannon holds a Bachelor of Social Science degree from Maynooth University and a MSc in Human Resource Management from Smurfit Business School, Dublin.
Rhiannon has a vast range of HR industry experience, ranging from the homecare industry to retail and more recently, a long-standing role within the hospitality sector, including experience at head office level. She has experience dealing with employee investigations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures. Rhiannon’s extensive recruitment experience includes heading European-wide recruitment initiatives. Rhiannon has a keen interest in employee engagement, training, and HR policy development.

Marian Whelan
HR Consultant
Graphite HR Consultant Marian Whelan began her career in HR within the construction sector where she interned during her college years. She later moved into the IT sector where she gained experience in different HR positions, moving from a HR Administrator up to a more senior position of HR Business Partner. During her time in this industry, she undertook a Master’s degree in HRM developing on her existing skills and knowledge and achieving her CIPD qualification.

Bernadette Cotter
HR Consultant
Bernadette Cotter has over 20 years’ experience in people and client services management, specialising in Human Resources Management. Bernadette has worked for one of the largest financial institutions and Not-For-Profit organisations in Ireland, gaining diverse experience in client management in various industries.
Bernadette has full Human Resources operational experience from recruitment to training, performance management, grievance and disciplinary investigations, health & safety, benefits and employee wellbeing for a high volume of staff.
Bernadette holds qualifications in Human Resource Management, Employment Law, Training & Development, Business Studies, Financial Advice, Front Line Management and Counselling Psychology. She is particularly interested in training, employee wellbeing, and conflict resolution.

Bernadette Cotter has over 20 years’ experience in people and client services management, specialising in Human Resources Management. Joe Thompson
HR Consultant
HR Consultant Joe Thompson has 12 years of HR experience in the UK and Ireland, working primarily in the retail and hospitality sectors. He has a HDip in Human Resources Management from UCC and is currently undertaking a Level 9 Award in Employment Law. Joe has experience managing large-scale recruitment projects, disciplinary processes, and complex investigations including bullying, harassment, and grievances.

HR Consultant Joe Thompson has 12 years of HR experience in the UK and Ireland, working primarily in the retail and hospitality sectors. He has a HDip in Human Resources Management from UCC and is currently undertaking a Level 9 Award in Employment Law. Megan Hughes
HR Consultant
Megan joined Graphite HRM in July 2022 from her previous position as a Lead HR and Employment law consultant with one of Irelands leading HR and Employment Law Companies.
Megan obtained a Bachelor of Social Science Degree from University College Dublin and has completed her CIPD level 5 HRM qualification.
Megan offers a wide range of expertise, particularly in areas concerning codes of practice, legislative matters, capability, disciplinary matters and performance management to name a few.
